RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-calendar day exchange policy, which means you have to return the garment within 5-calendar days of receiving your item for exchange.

Returns and exchange on custom orders is not permissible.

Returns and exchange on sale items is not permissible.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Important to Note: Minor colour and design differences in the products seen in the images on the website or social media are not eligible for a refund.


To initiate an exchange, you can contact our customer service team at myopenclozet@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

  • We’re unable to accept returns after 5-calendar days after receipt, anything sent to us after 5-calendar days may be returned to you.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We have a 5-calendar day exchange policy, which means you have to return the garment within 5-calendar days of receiving your item for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Please note we do not accept returns of made to order or tailor made items. We do however work to fix any fit issues but no return for refund. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return courier fees : Customer covers return shipping costs.

Processing time:  We will process your exchange within 3-7 working days after receiving the item.


Refunds

MYOPENCLOZET does not permit refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your order you are welcome to exchange it to us provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.Exchanges need to be made within 5-calendar days of receipt of order.

To request an exchange or return please email myopenclozet@gmail.com with your order number. 

We allow exchanges for a credit voucher, to be used within 60 days from date of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and form.

Please note that you are responsible for paying your own courier costs for returning your items. Courier fees are non-refundable.
